this coconut is absolutely one of my favorite cookies!
the taste combinations of dried figs, walnuts, chocolate and coconut is so delicious and when you cut this coconut, then you will see how special it is!
5 dried figs
5 half walnuts
125g grounded biscuits
1,5 tbsp cocoa
60g milk powder
put the dried figs for a couple of minutes in warm water, dry them off, cut the stem off and make a small opening, put a half walnut in the fig and ‘close’ the opening again by pressing the top of the fig with the fingers
heat the sugar and water, add the butter, remove from heat and add some pieces dark chocolate, grounded biscuits and the cocoa, leave to cool. Divide in 5 same portions, so you divide every layer around the fig and put in the fridge
heat the sugar and water, add the butter, remove from heat and add some pieces white chocolate, some coconut liqueur, coconut and milk powder, leave to cool. Divide in 5 same portions, so you divide every layer over the chocolate layer
roll the balls through the coconut and leave to cool in the fridge, cut the coconut in small parts!
